Build inside reality.
Commercial work made the constraints tangible: owners, customers, partners, data, negotiations, deadlines, and imperfect tools. Razim works across those boundaries and stays responsible for whether the result can actually operate.
The ambition is not to collect disciplines. It is to compound judgment—then bring the right mix of people, systems, and craft to the work in front of him.
